Explore the world of the early 1900’s as seen through the lens of Christina Broom. Fashion your own characters inspired by the people featured in the work of this inspiring photographer.

Crafty cameras

Technology has changed a great deal since Christina Broom worked as a photographer in London. Create a model of an old-fashioned folding camera like the one used by Broom and see what moments you can capture.

Support women’s right to vote by creating a Suffragette badge like those worn by many of the brave women photographed by Christina Broom.
